Saturday, 7 Dec. 2024. More than 200 ROTC Officers & Cadets attended our Community Education, Training & Development Seminars held at the CTU - Barili campus. The day started with a 2-hour drills & formations exercises led by ROTC Commandant and B-Force 568 Associate Director for Membership, Education, Training & Development (METDev), BF Col. Eliseo G. Rapana.
After the parade of colors, invocation and singing of the national anthem, participants were welcomed by the CTU - Barili National Service Training Program (NSTP) Director, Dr. Zandro O. Perez, Ph. D., DVM. This was followed by a lecture on environmental protection & conservation by Forest Ranger Martino S. Camello of the ENR Carcar Station, DENR R7.
A stern lecture on discipline, peace & order and anti-illegal drugs campaign was then delivered by PLt. Heinie Aspera, Deputy Chief of Police, Barili Municipal Police Station. Also discussed was the PNP's role in the Revised-Police sa Barangay (R-PSB) program of the DILG. Intelligence Officer, Agent Mary Jane Q. Sagmon of PDEA R7 followed thru the discussion on illegal drugs campaign with a Drug Abuse Prevention Education Lecture.
Thereafter, B-Force 568 Founding Chairman & CEO, Achilles "Kit" Coronel took the stage and solicited feedback from the participants to assess their level of understanding and acquired learnings from the day-long event. He followed this up with a comprehensive orientation seminar on what Blasert Force 568 Inc. is all about. Its advocacies, vision, mission, purposes, objectives and services rendered for the community.
